This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered, along with shipping charges, timelines, and conditions.

By placing an order on shudhambysky.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Since our ghee is prepared in small batches, minor delays may occur during high-demand periods.

2. Shipping Timelines

Delivery times depend on your location:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

Tier 1 & 2 Cities: 3–7 business days

Remote / Rural Areas: 5–9 business days

These are approximate timelines provided by courier partners.
Actual delivery time may vary.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight

  • Courier partner rates

From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an SMS/email with the tracking link.

  • You can check your order status anytime using the tracking number.

  • Please allow 12–24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

5. Packaging & Safety

All products are:

  • Packed securely in impact-resistant packaging

  • Sealed properly to avoid leakage

  • Protected from heat, moisture, and damage during transit

We ensure safe packing for fragile products like ghee glass jars.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 1–3 delivery attempts.
Delivery may fail if:

  • The customer is unavailable

  • Address is incorrect or incomplete

  • Phone number is unreachable

If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, reshipping charges may apply.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Festivals & holidays

  • Political events & strikes

  • Unexpected courier service issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

8. Wrong, Damaged, or Leaked Product Received

If your package is damaged, leaked, or incorrect:

You MUST provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for claim)

  • Clear photos of the damaged/wrong product

  • Order ID within 24–48 hours of delivery

We will offer:

  • Replacement OR

  • Refund (as per our Return & Refund Policy)

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do NOT provide international shipping.
We only deliver within India.

10. Change of Address After Ordering

You may request a shipping address change before the order is dispatched.
Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.

For updates, contact our support team immediately.

11. Lost or Stolen Packages

If the package is marked as delivered but was not received:

  1. Contact the courier with your tracking details

  2. Inform us at support@shudhambysky.com

We will coordinate with the courier and assist you, but we are not liable for theft after delivery.
