We want you to have a safe and satisfying shopping experience. Since our products are food items, certain restrictions apply for safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons.
By purchasing from shudhambysky.com, you agree to the following Return & Refund terms.
1. Returns Are NOT Accepted for Food Products
Because ghee and food items are perishable and consumable, we do NOT accept returns once the product is delivered — whether opened or unopened.
This is to maintain strict hygiene and product safety standards.
2. Replacement / Refund Is Provided ONLY In Specific Cases
We offer a refund or replacement ONLY under the following conditions:
A. Damaged Product Received
(leakage, broken jar, crushed packaging)
B. Wrong Item Delivered
(you received a product different from what you ordered)
C. Missing Items in the Package
D. Spoiled Product / Quality Issue
(extremely rare — but possible due to transit or manufacturing issues)
3. What Customer MUST Provide for Claim
To process any damage or quality-related claim, customers MUST provide:
Mandatory unboxing video (without cuts or edits)
Clear photos of the product & packaging
Order ID and registered phone number
Issue description
This is required by all courier partners and prevents fraudulent claims.
4. Claim Submission Time Window
All claims must be raised within:
24–48 hours of delivery
Claims raised beyond this period may not be eligible because we cannot verify damage or spoilage after prolonged handling.
5. Case-by-Case Resolution
Depending on your situation, we will provide either:
✔ Replacement of the product
✔ OR a full/partial refund
✔ OR store credit
The final decision will be based on:
Evidence provided
Nature of the issue
Courier investigation (if required)
6. Refund Method & Timeline
If approved, refunds will be processed via:
Original payment method, or
Bank transfer, or
Store credit (as requested)
Refunds usually take:
5–7 working days
(Some banks may take longer due to internal processing.)
7. Non-Refundable / Non-Replacement Cases
We CANNOT offer refunds/replacements in the following conditions:
❌ Customer changed their mind
❌ Customer didn’t like the taste/texture (natural variations occur)
❌ Incorrect address leading to delivery failure
❌ Product damaged due to customer mishandling
❌ Product opened or used
❌ Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
8. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order only before it is dispatched.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued until it is delivered and verified for any valid issue.
9. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for food items.
